That is the best word to describe the service and the product. I signed up for the service and a couple days later the brush was in my mail. I'll be honest, at first I thought the brush head was too small and the bristles were too soft. But within a few seconds of starting to use it I was really impressed. I was so impressed that I asked David, the founder of the company to do an interview on my Blog Talk Radio Show. If you are wondering if you should get the subscription or not I would say 100% you SHOULD get it. I am set for the next year and will see if I can auto-renew after that. Thanks David! WOW! The bristles were much softer, but sturdy, and felt a noticeable difference in the way it was cleaning my teeth, and no more need for the hard brushing so I force it to feel cleaner, it just seems to do the job right.
